Be Green, Be Seen

We want to open the channels of communication on mental health, provide resources and share messages that will help break down the walls of stigma. That’s why we’re asking:

How do you embrace your mental health?

Do you call a friend? Go for a walk? Write in a journal?
Snap a picture of what you do to embrace your mental health.

National Mental Health Awareness Month is in May. The color associated with Mental Health Awareness is green. Join our Be Green, Be Seen campaign.

Submitted photos will be used during Mental Health Awareness Month (and possibly beyond) to highlight that recovery is achievable and success is possible. Your participation is greatly appreciated. Thank you for sharing what mental health means to you!
