Severn River Middle School’s 2nd Annual Health and Wellness Fair – “Severn River Middle School’s 2nd Annual Health and Wellness Fair,” is an exciting event dedicated to fostering healthy lifestyles and creativity among students and their families. The fair offers a wide range of activities, including arts and crafts workshops to inspire creativity, a yoga demonstration for relaxation and mindfulness, and consultations with chiropractors and physical therapists for personalized wellness advice. Attendees can explore interactive booths on nutrition and mental health, participate in stress management exercises, and discover practical tips for leading healthier lives. This event brings the school community, local businesses and organizations together to celebrate wellness, creativity, and self-care in a fun and educational environment. Additionally vendors and attendees will be invited to wear red in support of American Heart Month with any donations raised going to the American Heart Association.
